The only bad experience is that tried to use my debit card at Publix. It was declined twice now the only place I've used card was getting gas at buc ees on way down and tap to pay. Now I checked in a day early they said all I would have to do is come back in the morning and reload key cards When I went back to dest next morning to reload cards for room the lady needed my credit card again, I asked it should be on file? She stated that it wouldn't let her Then my bank caught a $90 charge at wing stop not saying this happened here but I paid cash everywhere we went and tap to pay at gas pumps just be careful

Nothing. It smelled, it was damp, there was mold and what looked like bed bug activity. The managers argued with us about it being unsanitary. Everything. Like i said. It smelled like weed and mold, the box spring had what looked like bed bug activity on it, the walls had mold, the air was damp, the walls were chipped and had paint peeling and the staff was rude. He left and ate the coat. We refused to stay. When we ask for our money back after being there for only 15 minutes, the owner tried saying that he had to charge us for a full day.

I would like to start off by saying I am a budget traveler. I do not want to pay outrageous prices for a fancy hotel room when we are only there to shower and sleep. I don't need fancy. I just want clean and comfortable. And they do say you get what you pay for. But I've gotten cheaper rooms on the beach that were cleaner. The beds were comfortable. We arrived at check in at 4pm. Our rooms were not ready. The guy at the desk had a half gallon of vodka behind the desk. When we got to our room there was mold all over one of the walls they had painted over. The outdoor shower did not work so washing our feet from the ocean/sand was not possible. The employees kept telling us they had someone supposed to be coming to fix it tomorrow. That didn't happen. Another guest said it was the same way the last time they were there. It was right on the ocean. So convenience was great. Beach was not overloaded. The toilet clogged the first day, from normal usage, and we were handed a plunger to take care of ourselves. I would probably not stay at this location again.

Only issue we had was people leaving their pets in the rooms while out and the dogs were barking so loud. Very pet friendly resort. It should be called the Pet Resort. If you are not a pet lover like me don't stay here, if you are you will fit right in.

Access to beach Smell like dog when walking in. get into my room and find no towels. No shower by pool after beach to rinse sand off so it’s all coming inside hotel and the room leaving floors gross feeling had to keep shoes on. Staff are a little on rude, sorry my room wasn’t appropriately cleaned and need assistance.
