Econo Lodge Decatur South

It was roomy, quiet, nice location We had paid for the room days before our arrival through Booking.com. When we got there, they tried to charge us an extra $25 fee saying that we had to stay 5 nights in order to receive the rate we already paid for. We got a bogus run around & I told them to give our money back & we would go somewhere else. We were only in town for 1 night. So they “finally” said ok we can get what we paid for. The male kept explaining to the boss lady, over the phone. Needless to say, I’ll never stay there again for the fact that they were trying to trick us out of extra money.

I liked William he was sweet and the room itself was nice for the price. The staff memeber being rude after failing to meet our accommodations for a room we purchased. Then chastised us as if we were wrong for wanting assistance.
