It was in poor repair. It needs a remodel badly!

The lady who checked us in and Amit (I forgot the name he prefers to go by) were very sweet and accommodating. The pool was so warm and nice. The room we were in was a little musty and full of moisture but the stay was worth it, we weren’t in the room much for it to matter to us.

Pool, waffles, good shower, great beds, no bugs! David was on point with providing an excellent room, answering all our questions, and making sure we had everything we needed! The hotel space was great and parking was convenient! Would stay here again. Also, they had waffles!!! 10/10!

Mold in the room. Had to get a refund, and the next day someone else from the property called me wanting to not give a full refund even though it had already been processed.

Pool was really great Bed was really hard and the pillows were terrible

There was one woman that helped part time that I met at the poolside Thursday and she was the only employee that ever helped me in any way my entire stay. I was threatened by men that they had doing repairs in the rooms above me. They kept me up all night Thursday night which kept me from traveling Friday as scheduled due to my disabilities so when I had to spend more of my SSDI on another nights stay I was only able to gets about 5 hours of on and off sleep before this crew started back in again with making the ungodly noise but since it was daylight I did not say anything but when after I went to my vehicle and 2 of them seen me and when they thought I went back into my room and I listened to what they had to say about me, what they planned to do all night, and what they would like to do to me for calling the front desk the night before complaining I immediately packed my things up, checked out and left. I was not asked by the manager on duty which was the same one on the night before as to why I was checking out after I had already paid for the night in the very early evening. There is no way I could stay in a play where I was threatened like I was by those men.

In general, I would not consider staying again. This property is almost suitable for a one night stay only. If, and only if, another property is not available.

Didn't know it was a smoking room. Smelled awful! Room was 61 degrees at 11pm! Not very clean. No toliet paper in lobby bathrooms.
-
Was put right by the swimming pool so up til midnight was hearing the gate open and slam shut. People screaming and drinking in the pool until midnight. Lights shining straight in room from pool all night. Couldn't access laundry room was being used also til past midnight. Employee decided to clean the pool at 3pm until almost 7pm with very nasty music being played for the whole building to hear.

The room was dated but clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was continental and was adequate. All around, it was worth the price.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and very nice to deal with We had three rooms, I swapped my room three times one room the toilet didn’t work. The shower wouldn’t shut off, and the floor was filthy. The second room smelled like an ashtray the third room. The sheets were dirty. My daughter‘s room had filthy sheets, our friends room she killed three cockroaches. All three rooms were canceled, and we went to another hotel.

The overall look of the place definitely needed some major attention

They didn’t have our reservation until I showed them my confirmation number. The sofa was wet and couldn’t be sat on. Place was not very clean.

Check in person was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was perfect.
-
Clean room but the beds were terribly squeaky and loud which lead to the whole family not being able to sleep all night. Staff was super friendly!

The place was clean but I booked online with exspedia I payed online and it said that was total with fee and taxes and when I get there they wAnt a $100 dollar deposit that they said it says it online when it does not and the lady at the reception desk was really rude about it I had stayed there several times before and was not asked for a $100 dollar deposit if they going to charge that I can understand bout they should tell you that when you reset e the room and not spring it on you when you get there to check in
