Old and needs a big update. Room was dark, smelled musty and greasy!!! Carpet was dirty too. Marriott has always been my go too for reliability and cleanliness. Not this one.

Wonderful staff. So helpful. Be aware that you must step outside and walk to the lobby and breakfast area as the large suite/rooms are configured to be more like condos. Our room necessitated carrying suitcases up steps--outside steps. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. Nice breakfast!!

The breakfast menu was fresh and complete each morning - the staff kept everything full and clean.The kitchen seemed to have everything needed.

Michael at the front desk was so welcoming and gave me all the info I needed. The property was great. Good value! My only small criticism was that I could not get the temperature in my room to go lower than 78. But it was fine so I didn’t bring this to anyone’s attention.

This is my favorite place to stay when we visit family in Chicago. The staff is always so nice and helpful when checking in and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The property is well taken care of and peaceful. Would recommend this place always!
