Only interesting feature of the hotel is it's location: close to Karol Bagh market and shops if you're into shopping. I would have put a 5+ for location if the accessibility via taxia (Uber, Ola,...) were easier. Desk manager was quite helpful and understanding on the issues we encountered. The pictures advertised do not reflect the current situation of the hotel at all which, by the way, seriously needs a good revamp and maintenance. The rooms were quite dirty (full of dust) when we checked in and the bathroom very old, scratched and not functioning very well. We were supposed to stay a week but checked out the next day !

The breakfast and the location of the hotel is really good. The only issue I had was the size of my room was small for a family of 3. I would have preferred to stay in a bigger room.

Nothing. Everything. One of the worst experience. And moreover my parents were staying who r a little elderly. First of all they provided the most dirty and corner room to them. After that they say no rooms r available whereas in website and booking.com we could find 2 rooms available. After that when asked to change the room, they did not and in order to change, they had to pay 600inr extra.
