Caring of the staff over guests, specially the Manager Mr. Abhijith and his staff is greatly appreciated. Facilities were provided in an attractive manner. Spacious room is very clean and tidy. All old bathroom fixtures gives an imperial feeling ! Ceramics items are well cleaned and maintained but metal items were neglected.

No window, very dark without day light...it's only light, and you don't know the time... But most of the hotels on Main Bazaar like that. No roof, no balcony, no breakfast...

Staff very helpful, friendly. Location is great--best area in Paharganj! Off the busy main road, away from the noise, but easy walking distance to main Bazaar and shops.

Close to the metro station. Very stiinky street. Not a good ventilation in room. Basic needs met. Stayed there several times due to the specifics of my job. Just because location. It use to be a restaurant on the rooftop. Its gone. Food can be ordered in a room.

right locatio if you want to stay in Pagar Ganj but little out of the crazy noise. clean. safe place. stuff is very friendly and helpful. there is no water heater in a room. no way to make a tea or coffee. since it was hot need to use the ceiling fan all night… what made it unplesant to sleep under that wind. one night were lowd voices till 4 am .

Excellent location next to Main Bazaar and close to the metro and train station, but on a quiet street. The rooms are huge and with all the comforts. The owner is very friendly and the staff is pleasant and professional. Totally recommended! Everything was ok.

It is very comfortable, clean and peaceful property to stay, staff is very cheerful, right from reception till check out, Ms Aarti and Mr. Abhishek at reception are very good in helping out things. I will recommend this property to stay.

The room is big and comfortable with very big windows which rare in delhi staff is good miss aarti and Mr. Ravi is always ready to help nd also behavior too good

The staff is attentive and friendly. I have been a guest for the last 10 years, not a cent has being placed in training tha rooms and bathrooms. They are very dirty from a long time, and since none complaint they do the list efford.

I stayed just for one night with my family and had a great time at Hotel Shanti Villa. The rooms are comfortable and the manager Aarti, did everything to meet our needs :)

It’s a very good hotel. Clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. Water and toiletries set were provided upon check in. Bedsheet and toilet were clean. There were some big groups of local tourists staying in the hotel but making noise in the midnight on the corridor. The staffs were very understanding to step out upon request and kindly requesting them to stay quiet.
