Please take my review seriously, the reviews written for the property are fake. I checked in at 11:55 pm and the hotel person at reception told me that i have no booking. when i asked him to recheck he told yes but already checked In. Later some person came and told me to show booking by OYO and not bookings.com. After few arguments and their insisting to downloads OYO app they said OK. Then they said i have to pay. I told i have already paid. With great difficulty they agreed after i showed them payment proof. Later they gave me useless rooms, changed them thrice at midnight as AC was not working or unclean rooms. Some how i managed the night , and in the morning they said i have to pay extra for Breakfast. Later at check out, the reception person told me to write very very good feedback on his app. Look this is called cheating. i refused. Very poor experience. Bookings.com should immediately stop advertising this hotel on its website. Deficiency in service, no customer satisfaction, You should refund my money, if you really care for your customers and your company.
