An excellent clean hotel in the hub of New Delhi. I had work at the wholesale markets and was very convenient placed to get to them Sadar Bazaar and Chandani Chowk. Staff was helpful and the room was cleaned each day wifi worked well. Breakfast was Limited but very good. Recommended

the courtesy of the staff. In India you will find good people who charge you what is fair to pay, and others who will try to deceive you, the boy of reception is one of these. They gave us a room without windows very clastrophobic, and we were disturbed all night by alarms, phones and people passing through the corridors. don’t give your money to these people, maybe one day they will learn to be honest with tourists

Staff always friendly and willing to help. Room was nicely decorated, different to the conventional. There was no hot water in he first room assigned to us.

There is nothing to be liked in the hotel. Very very conjusted location, always traffic jam. Poor house keeping. Poor hygiene and cleaniness. Cockroaches and house fly are in the room. Hotel restaurant is very poor. Lift of the hotel is very small.

Nice view to the busy street but very quiet because windows are noiseproof. Good TV and bathroom. Clean. Staff polite. Telephone on the corridor constantly ringing to staff. WIFI password needs to be updated every day, but they bring a password to your room when requested. Fridge not working and no kettle. Over weekend staff on the roof (5th floor) made unbearable noise all day and late evening non stop, doing something on the roof between 7pm and 23pm. Someone constantly trying to enter my room without even knocking. Otherwise OK stay and hotel.

Clean bedsheets and towels, frequent cleaning, clean washroom. Really good breakfast as compare to other hotels in that area. Separate thanks to Arvind who made our stay even better than it could be. Advisable to choose room at the backside of the hotel so that enjoy quiet night without honking It seems recently hotel was renovated. Absence of iron for clothes pressing ( even upon request they do not provide), cokroaches occasionally passing by inside the room.
