This one of the worst stays I had in my life. No maintenance and no cleanliness in the hotel. The staff is too rude. Interestingly there is sign board saying visitors not allowed. When two of my office colleagues wanted to visit my room for some official discussion the hotel manager did not allow them and started to demand all sorts of IDs and even payment. The hotel did not give proper receipt for my payment. It is quite surprising that a OYO hotel did not give a proper receipt for payment. It is high time the OYO management take a serious view of such happenings in OYO certified hotels. Thanking you, As above
