The staff were accommodating and friendly. I could choose a different location but as it was my first time in New Delhi, I couldn't have known any better.

Both the bedroom and bathroom were unclean! The room was full of dust. The bedding was torn. Dead mosquitos on the bedroom walls. Bath room had dirt and rust on and around the the taps. Shower was filthy. There was strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom into the bedroom, therefore we were unable to wash and sleep. The stay was unpleasant and uncomfortable so we had to find another hotel. Which we booked on booking.com I would like a refund for our stay at Shubham Villas. You shouldn’t be selling hotels that are unclean. I have always booked with yourselves. I have taken photos of both the unhygienic bedroom and bathroom for evidence. I am waiting to hear from you. The staff was really nice and helpful. It was very cold and they brought us an extra heater. Which was necessary as the isolation of the rooms is not very good. Hot shower was amazing too ☺️

The room is clean and comfortable. The toilet is clean as well. The manager and staffs are very helpful and friendly . The hotel provided welcome fruit ?. The hotel location is good which is close to the Pacific Mall tagore garden. I will stay again for next visit. Nothing

they are fraud. this whole hotel was fraud. i had booked the hotel for 30th may’2022. but didn’t gave me the room. hotel staff was miss behaved with me.
