Only the location of the hotel The hotel's amenities did not meet expectations. While Wi-Fi was available, there was no signal in the room. The washroom was clean, but the cistern did not function properly and failed to flush waste effectively. The room had a window, but it was on the rear side of the hotel, facing an undesirable view. The representative at the reception was not well-mannered and needs to learn how to communicate with guests effectively.

I’ve truly enjoyed my stay at De Gold in the New City. The services here are excellent, with clean rooms, delicious food, and convenient laundry facilities.

1. Location 2. Water Heaters in all bathroom 1. Higher price 2. Lack of towels 3. AC was too old, I have visited winter i didn't need it however it was very old. 4. Cleaning was not as per expectation 5. TV was not working 6. Broken furniture. 7. You will find baby cockroaches in room.

I didn't like anything of the hotel. It was my worst experience of my life. Everything. There is nothing good about the hotel. Rooms are so dirty. Bed sheets have stains. All over the place you can see cockroaches. Wash rooms are horrible.
