We move to this hotel from another cheaper hotel that did not meet our expectation in terms of cleanliness. This hotel is very clean, staff is kind and responsive, and the rooftop is delightful. Nothing I didn't like. I had moderate expectations and they were exceeded.

Reception is very helpful, location is near delhi station but quite far from airport line or metro Room is clean The next day room is not make up, even i hang the "please clean my room" I think i should turn on the switch for room cleanup near the bed

Stayed 2 nights. Great location if you wish to experience the market buzz of real Delhi. The bathroom was clean and modern (recently renovated) but is small and could have used a glass panel to prevent splashing onto the toilet seat. Hor water takes a little time to come through but good. Bed was omfortable but needs more than two pillows. It's quite noisy in the evening but settles around midnight so you still get a good sleep. Air con is very efficient. Fridge works (make sure you turn it on). Unserviceable but will replace towels etc if you ask. Price of accomodation is highly variable. Can be very cheap but in the time we stayed the price was pricey for the time we stayed. Service was very good. Breakfast was good particularly for the range of Indian food. Overall, good for an overnight stay to enjoy the buzz experience.

It’s location is fantastic. The services were great especially the manager Mr Manuj was very welcoming and professional.

I really loved the place. Initially booked 1 night but extended twice:) Staff is very helpful and honest. No scamming very good support and advises. Good location. On busy road but quite rooms. And bathrooms are exceptional All good :)

Excellent staff. Nothing too much trouble. Always polite and helpful. Especially the manager Manoj who went the extra mile for us. Great position in Bazaar Road. Really buzzy and close to a few good restaurants. Good choice of food at breakfast too. We especially enjoyed the roof top bar. Great place to end the evening. Our rooms didn’t have windows. We were told we had been upgraded so it seemed a little strange that it was windowless. That’s my only complaint.

The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good and everything worked. The staff were helpful and polite. The location is great for the railway station and main bazaar rd. There are a number of restaurants and bars near by. The room was quite small but we were only there one night. We had a long wait in the restaurant before someone came to take our breakfast order. Breakfast was ok.
