I had booked shri sai guest house online through oyo before 15 days in approx 500 rupees. I paid half price at the time of booking. But, on reaching the destination at specified date, they told to pay 500 more. I talked to oyo customer care but they are also supporting the property manager statement. They told to initiate process on the next day. I reached at that guest house. So, I decided to stay there by paying total 1000 rupees. At that time, i was not free to search more hotel. Also, oyo customer care denied to transfer the guest house at nearby places. So, I was very much disappointed from the oyo service. They should tell the actual price at the time of booking so that customer can book according to his convenience. If this type of fraud will happen with the customers, customers will not book through the oyo.

They directly denied to share the actual location. They also said they don't work with OYO. Very bad experience.
