Cottage Ganga Inn

Very close to railway station. AC worked well. For new guests, it is hard to find and tucked down a dirty alley.

Rooms were not ready for us, the sheet I was given was dirty and had many holes and the blanket was wadded up in the closet and did not smell like it had been washed. Showers were cold. Pillows were not comfortable. The location is in a very overwhelming area.

Good location once you find it ( off main bazar road off an alleyway) and quiet for the area. Close to restaurants and the New Delhi train station. A layer of grunge that makes you feel it is overpriced ( not for the area in reality). Hot water turned off all day and when on its barely warm, bathrooms have the grunge corners, dirty double bed blanket ( we had sleep sheets and asked for another blanket) and the main staff dude was pleasant but others slightly grumpy if not tipping all the time. Bringing up toilet paper or a blanket tips expected. Literally fight you to carry back pack for a tip. Just too many staff loitering in lobby looking for something to do ( I get the desperate need for a job etc) but then not actually doing it ie. great clean rooms. The size of room was great and bed comfortable so real possibility and maybe once it was a great little place.

The staff is very friendly and location is perfect , room interior is very good . Ther person on reception name abhisek lots of knowledge .

Located in courtyard in the quite place of hustle and bustle of paharganj near to new delhi railway station Staff always ready to help. Nothing

- We stayed in Room Nr. 101, which had a lot of burning marks from smokers and was in general very run down. Additionally the bed sheets were torn and the shower didn't work correctly. But the worst thing besides all that was that at 5 a.m. the warm water heater was so loud it woke us and kept running until we requested the reception to turn it off in order to be able to sleep.

Disappointing

Location compared to metro was nice. Staff were nice and internet was good! Toilet wasnt clean, outside of hotel was a bit sketchy feeling and towels and sheets werent that clean.

The location is perfect for travellers, near main bazar, room is good , friendly staff and Quit place which is not available in Paharganj. Every thing is fine

Good location well conected. Super noisy. People talking super loud in my floor with their doors opened for 4 days straight till late and early in the morning starting at 7:30. There was a wedding and then something else... I couldn't rest in this Hotel. Asked for a room change of floor but they couldn't. Toilet 1 star max.

The management and staff are so friendly and helpful! From booking our train trip to general information they are just so excellent! Comfy beds and very quiet too! We stayed here in 2014 and it was brilliant then,hence coming back again! When we stop in Delhi this will be where we stay! Everything was good
