Staff was friendly. I paid for room with breakfast included, but they said first my room is too cheap so they can’t provide breakfast unless I not pay additionally, and when I said I will contact customer service they just said kitchen is closed due to pollution in Delhi. And when I left hotel after staying they send me booking cancellation saying I newer showed up, probably looking for additional money. Room itself extremely dirty and it’s very noisy in the hotel. It was really bad experience, not recommend anyone to stay.

I survived it The photos didn’t match at all. The room I booked isn’t the one I got and booking wasn’t able to get ahold of them to resolve the issue. First time disappointed by booking.com
