It says free airport pick up, but that’s not true, you need to pay to go to the hotel; also if food was spicy and we said without any spicy.

It wasn’t what we were expecting and tbh we were a little disappointed about our stay! The hotel isn’t what’s in the photos. We only had breakfast once and didn’t eat it! The bed was uncomfortable, the AC hardly worked and the photos didn’t represent what the hotel acturlly looked like

Property was not bad but entrance road was very congested!! I saw an advertisement on Booking.com stating that airport pickup was free. However, when I requested the service, the hotel refused and demanded INR 1,200 for the airport pickup. This was very disappointing and misleading. Additionally, the room did not provide basic amenities such as a box of tissues or slippers for bathroom and floor use, which affected the overall comfort of my stay. I hope the hotel will improve its service and ensure that advertised facilities are provided as promised.

Had a amazing stay very close to the market, Red Fort & Lotus Temple. The staff are very humble & Polite. Also the staff are very friendly.

It is a comfortable and clean place, the staff is friendly and helps with all your requests, they provide toiletries almost everyday, from the hotel is easy take a Uber or Tuktuk to the tourist places. The breakfast is good, you can choose several options, and the menu to room services has good variety. I was traveling alone and I felt safe at all times. Sometimes, noises could be heard at night from other rooms being cleaned, and from people talking in the hallway.
