I like how polite the staff members are, i am glad that the location of this hotel was well aligned with my goal to have easy access to Delhi metro network Minor inclusions would have been very helpful such as a spoon with the other utensils available at the room, room slippers. P.S. - writing this from the perspective of an introverted person.

The bathroom looked a bit old and not very clean. Also, you can hear noise from the corridors very loud.

This impressive hotel has large well appointed rooms at reasonable rates and so close to New Delhi Railway Station. The breakfast was East meets West and it was generous and delicious in a beautiful terrace setting. The travel service and additional assistance were above and beyond excellent. Thank you! This is my only go to hotel in New Delhi and its well priced. I love it! No swimming pool, but that is reflected in the affordable room rates.

The sheets and towels were little bit worn already. The bathroom and general cleanliness of the room could have been better ( we still had certain "sticky" feeling).

Busy area. Unable to walk around outside of hotel. Uneven pavement or no pavement, have to walk in busy street.

Hotel is really easy to find on a main road, so both tuktuks and cars can access. Rooms and entire hotel were spotless and comfortable. Everyone that works there is really nice and super helpful. When I booked, wasn’t looking forward to staying in Paharganj, as it can be a bit grungy and loud. But our room was very quiet and we felt very safe outside the hotel.

The room was way too smelly, we got a spray to cover the smell with a strong perfume, but only helps for a while, and the perfume is also uncomfortable if you are sensitive to smell ???

2. Decent facilities and services: the hotel provided complimentary seal-capped mineral water bottles every day, hotel staff were very friendly and were willing to help guests, 24-hour rooftop restaurant, room was clean (bathroom had some rusts and stains, but it was fine overall) Nothing
