The hotel is centrally located and there is a huge market nearby, the Gangaram hospital, metro station and many banks in the vicinity. Service was great with staff always on stand by and willing to help. Buffet breakfast was a mix of Indian and Western style and had wada, sambar, eggs, toast, coffee, and tea. They were nice enough to extend the timing (past 10 am) slightly as a lot of people arrived late to the buffet on Sunday. Other food ordered a-la-carte was also delicious with huge servings and good value for money. The hotel premise is kept clean and well maintained and is under cc camera surveillance, giving a sense of security. The ceiling above the dining area looked ripped off and exposed an area that looks like it has a bit of mold. This may be a health hazard. The twin bed room was not as good as the double as one wall had seepage giving the room an off smell.

Location of hotel was good. Location of hotel was good however hotel room was pathetic, it was very bad smell, mold and broken furniture. Floor was so sticky and rust on tabs. I have called them and asked to change room but complete floor was having mold issues, my wife was having mold allergies and had to suffer badly.

The staff is very helpful & caring Especially Mr. Ravi takes care of every traveller who stays in that hotel. They have their own kitchen & taste is very good. Also the service is very very good. 10 out of 10
