Both dental kit and shaving kit are only on demand that too upon multiple time requests. Hot water is not coming in the early morning.

Breakfast was good and had good variety . Location of the hotel was excellent and met my requirements Executive room given to me could have been little bigger . Even bathroom was too small resulting in difficulty in entering and exiting bathroom .

It was, good, comfortable and location was good for connecting to places we needed. Southern Travels Sightseeing was excellent and the driver cum guide was excellent. However we were not able to enter our room ( the Annexe Block ) for about 2 hours, as they were fixing the Drainage Overflow, which happed while we stayed there. Yes bad smell and dirty floors, enroute to the room was not we expected !!

Location Staff's attitude, size of rooms - size of family suite is equivalent to size of single room, room is full of mosquito and insects and pest. Just because we had opted for complimentary breakfast in our room rent, that doesn't mean that we are beggars. The person was throwing the plates as if we are at his mercy. Very pathetic. Price of food, even igi airport food court is much better than the food served here. Room is without proper ventilation. Air conditioner is very stinky, no idea when they had serviced the equipment
