Location. Staff. We didn’t feel the cost is worth. Maintenace is bare minimal. Tried breakfast buffet, not liked the quality of the food.

My experience with Grand Hyatt Delhi's reservation team was extremely disappointing. The level of communication was far below what one would expect from an international luxury hotel brand. Responses to inquiries were delayed by one to two days, which is particularly frustrating for a foreign traveler who relies on timely and accurate information when planning a stay. The lack of urgency and poor communication created unnecessary confusion and stress throughout the booking process. The reservation desk appeared disorganized and chaotic. On multiple occasions, staff members seemed unaware of booking details and were unable to provide clear or consistent information over the phone. Instead of receiving assistance, I was often left with more questions than answers. The overall experience made the booking process feel like a trap rather than a seamless hospitality experience. Such delays, poor coordination, and lack of accountability have significantly tarnished my perception of the Grand Hyatt brand. For a hotel that promotes premium service standards, this level of customer support is simply unacceptable. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve response times, staff training, and internal communication processes to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

The location is perfect, close to the metro, walking distance to Inox, and unity one mall. So many things to do, in walking distance! This time, I loved that they now have a Whatsapp customer care, ashna responded timeously, helped me with my requests and was prompt to reply to my queries. As always, Dinesh was also wondering in assisting me, like he did last time. The hotel staff, the security, everyone is quite friendly.. And staying for many days you develop a bond with them, which is amazing! I also loved the republic day gesture! Despite everything, you just don't get a Hyatt feeling at the hotel. Noticable improvements have been made in the hotel, since the last time I've been there. But still so much is missing to give it a premium feeling, even for a Hyatt centric. I guess the location makes up for what's missing in the hotel.

My stay at the Hyatt Centric Janakpuri exceeded all expectations! The hotel is modern and stylish, but the service is what really stands out. Karishma Deka is hands-down the best staff member—she helped us with everything and always had the kindest smile. Between the great hospitality and the delicious food at Kitchen District, it was a perfect, stress-free stay!

For the price it is bad. The room smells and is not up to date, carpet is beaten up, and the washroom has no fan getting all steamed up. The pool is very uncomfortable for setting has no cushions. We asked for one and they said that they don't have it. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond.
