Everything was superb during our stay. The room was clean and cozy, and the WiFi worked well after a quick password reset. Manish was amazing and helped us arrange a seamless airport pickup. The breakfast was a great bonus. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi! nope

It takes only 4–5 minutes to reach the NDLS railway station, making it incredibly convenient. The staff at the reception, especially Manish, was extremely polite and sweet. The entrance through the market is a bit hectic and crowded, but it's a safe and very welcoming environment once you are inside. nothing

The receptionists and entire staff were extremely welcoming. I needed breakfast served ahead of time due to an unexpected situation, and they accommodated my request without any issues. The breakfast was great.

Room, Staff Behaviour, Location, Food No Lift makes it tough for travellers with luggage. I had to carry my heavy bags 3 floors up and down. It was a horrible experience.

Very friendly and helpfull staff . They help you for everything : getting a SIM card , recharge it if you cannot do it with your card . The breakfast included in the price of the room is generous and very good .

Staff. Friendly, helpful, can ask any questions. especially the gentleman in the kitchen on the rooftop, super warm. Room is clean. Front desk is fun to communicate with. Location is 10 mins walk to the main train station. Air conditioning is working well. You can request airport pick up in the middle of night for INR890. Can also purchase SIM card and train tickets here. Breakfast has some variety and is tasty! They also have luggage storage for free. They shut off the room electricity when guests go out. I guess with the oil shortage in India it’s understandable. You just need to ask it to be turned back on after coming back. To me it’s minor.

The manager was really friendly. I bookend an airport pickup and a room but my plan changed last minute. He kindly helped me to reschedule my stay (but the airport pickup wasn’t possible). Not really anything to complain about. They replied promptly to all my questions.

Amazing rooftop terrace. Very friendly staff. Central location, just next to the Bazar street. You have enter the street around street public toilet. Small room without wardrobe.

Sufficient breakfast Toilet sink leaking a lot. We did not complain because we are too busy going to attractions. The sewage smells but again did not complain because we do not want anybody in the room while out. Asked for airport drop off, they provided the oldest car with NO aircon and inhaled too much dust which ended to allergy. Surroundings of hotel is a misery. Lots of garbage, mud etc. I also wonder if the reviews were made up. There wasnt really good about the hotel except for 2 employees working there.

The staff here were incredible from start to finish. They were so kind and helpful! The owner Harish even dropped everything to help us when our transport struggle to get to the location. Also upon leaving, the staff were more than happy to arrange transport. Special thanks to Ali for his welcoming and informative attitude. As for the place itself it is super vibey, right in the thick of the market. Super easy to get food and it is a joy to walk around day and night. The place itself it down a small alley that cars can’t access.

Competent, professional hospitality management of immaculately kept property in desirable, vibrant location near main train station. Accommodating staff assisting efficiently guests needing help arranging excursions, transportation, food delivery, restaurant recommendations, shopping, communication etc. Nothing to be disliked.

Everything was very good. The price, the very helpful and trustworthy staff, the rooms were clean and it is in Paharganj, a safe location for a solo traveller and a first-timer in India. I highly recommend as it is safe and the people are friendly.
