The staff was nice, so was the room. We took breakfast included but there is no place to eat it because there is no dining room, the meal comes to the room and there is no choice of food.

Terrible location, literally difficult to go outside anywhere near this neighborhood. There is no rooftop or food as advertised, my room was not clean, hair and stains in my bed and trash in the bathroom. Also no windows in the room. They are pushy sales people in the lobby that try to sell you on a tour or something every time you walk past. For the price, there are better options. The reviews left by many seem to be fabricated, which also seems to be the same case across multiple properties in New Delhi. Please beware and read all reviews thoroughly before planning your trip.

The Prime Delhi was a really good stay overall. Everything felt clean and up to date, and the facilities were in good condition. The room was well prepared with all the essentials provided (toothbrush, shaving kit, shampoo, etc.), which I appreciated. The bathroom/shower experience was also very good — warm water, good shower, and no issues at all. The room is a bit small, but for a solo traveler or if you just need a comfortable, clean place to spend the night, it’s a great option. On the downside, the location isn’t great (to be fair, it’s Delhi and you may need to set expectations depending on the area). Also, there was no complimentary water in the room when I arrived, which is something I expect at check-in. The mini fridge wasn’t working (it looked like it wasn’t plugged in). The room is on the small side, and sound insulation is weak — you can hear neighbors easily (even a TV at medium volume), so light sleepers should bring earplugs.

Very disappointing experience with the receptionist. Despite having prior approval from the hotel supervisor for a 12:30 PM checkout, the receptionist was rude and kept forcing us to leave at 12:00 noon. The price was good & the room was big:) There was no view, the window was looking down a hole between buildings? Small gym, but bike & ski machine didn’t work.

Clean rooms great service.

The best thing was Radu, he is the driver from the hotel. Very kind, pontual and professional The location.
