Let me know refund policy for por hotel condition.. Not up to the mark at all Very bad room condition even after changing the room, no water available in night, no hot water for bath, AC not in working condition. Totally wastage of money...... Let me know refund policy for por hotel condition..

The staff were verygood They should keep the hotel clean and at the time I was there,renovation was going on and also I paid more than I needed to pay and hope with my comment they will do better.thk No hot water,very dusty environment, room and bathroom very dirty,WiFi very low speed,I booked the room for € 8 and I paid double price Rs.1309 per night,I leaved the hotel on the 2nd day,I will not go there again.

RECEPTION Before allotting the room, ensure all connections like plug points , TV set are properly working. All locks like bathroom and main door are properly working . FOOD quality is really awesome.
