Hotel Lord Krishna Palace

They scammed us and gave us one bed for three people and said they will give us a mattress to sleep on the floor. I ordered two beds one double and one regular but they fought with us for a few minutes and then asked that we add money to add a bed. Insane.

No property at the address. Fake listing. Waste of time trying to find that property

Stayed as per our commitment. They charged ₹2,000 extra at check-in, and at checkout they demanded another ₹10,000 without justification. Even after checkout, they kindly allowed me to keep my luggage at the hotel for a few hours and also let me use one of their rooms before leaving, which was very thoughtful and helpful. The location is convenient and made it easy for us to travel to nearby places. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the city.

Noisy inside the room, AC didn't work, congested place, wardrobe not accessible and worn out.

Nothing It’s not renovated as stated in the name. Dirty (cockroaches; stains; bad smell) and very noisy. Pictures aren’t showing the reality We moved out to a different place

Location and staff behaviour There was segragation of rooms, based on the quality, i wasn't given a good room to start with, only upon telling the staff was I shifted to a better room

When asked for housekeeping, they informed me that it will be available only after 2pm but as a visitor one would not be available till 2pm and also I didn't want the cleaning to be done in my absence so we didn't opt for it. Secondly room was too congested as also we had luggages. And most importantly the towels they give were moist and not sure if its washed properly and hence a hygiene concern for me. Service was too slow.

When we want to continue the stay,they increase the room rent If we want to leave after a hr of checkin,they charge full rent

I recommend this hotel.

Some additional amenities like water kettle ..but it was provided upon request..

Coprative staff nice stay tasty food

The hotel facilities are good and services are best. Recommended for future purpose.
