No any staff paying attention to the customer

Nothing I reserved the room online and also paid an advance amount of ₹1000. I had informed them in advance about my early morning check-in at around 3:00 AM on 13 March 2026, and they agreed to it. However, on that morning, there was no proper response from their side, both for the staff and the owner. The owner was not answering calls, which was very frustrating. Due to this poor customer service experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Location was not good Room was very dirty. Everywhere was ladies hair and bed sheet and pillow covers were in very bad condition. Even there is not brooming and moping in the room. Everything was chaos.

I have booked a family room but the guy gave 2 small rooms with extra charges. They dont comply with booking.com rules, even just looking for money from customer as they know nobody is coming back again here.
