The place didn't exist, the location was wrong and we couldn't find anything and it was at the middle of the night... We ended up taking another place and it wasn't good

I really appreciated how helpful staff were in helping me sort out money exchange, a SIM card, and train ticket. Also picking me up from the airport with a custom name card was a nice touch. I planned to stay in a dormitory room, but ended up with a private one with a giant bed and cozy sleeps. The entrance is hard to find as it goes through a little alley, but luckily someone came out to meet me from the taxi drive and carried my bag in. Was also allowed to chill after check out time while I waited for my train departure time. Felt very well cared for and looked after.

Location is ok Dirty room. Staff hard sell tours and make you feel like you have to do it. We ended up being conned to spend £400 each on a 15 day trio

Great value, affordable rooms, centrally located Didn't feel very safe, doors didn't lock, hostel is down a dark alley

It is close to the metro station and the main bazar. The property is clean and it offers good value for money. WiFi can be improved in the future although it is still good.

The staff was nice and welcoming. The location was in very narrow lanes, but after calling the hotel owner, he sent a guy and he lead us to the hotel. The services were nice, they provided towel, Soap and Shampoo. And For water bottle too they gave us water and glasses. The room was small but there was everything managed in it. Room Size, the size was quite small. Noisy: Mabe the fact that its a congested narrow space of the residential area, it was very loud and noisy at night. The neighborhood. The Location : The location is very cluttered. ( But what else to expect in paharganj, I meant its not just on the main road. :))

staff exhibited good communication skills Firstly, locating the hotel was a challenge due to its obscure location in a shady, narrow, and dirty walkway. Even neighboring hotels seemed unaware of its whereabouts. This hotel has 2-3 different names registered online, causing confusion; for instance, my app displayed "Friends Hotels by Backpackers," while the actual name is "New King by Backpackers." Additionally, the presence of a public urinal just outside the hotel was embarrassing, especially when walking with my wife. Upon booking through Booking.com, I was quoted a rate of 980rs, but upon arrival, I was charged 1200rs plus an additional 400rs for an early check-in of just two hours. This discrepancy in pricing was disappointing. The room itself was cramped, measuring only about 8ft by 10ft with no windows or adequate ventilation. To exacerbate matters, the AC remote was missing, and the TV was non-functional.
