An exceptional stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, extremely comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect for exploring, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.Perfect in every way! Nothing i liked that waa worst experience of my life in any hotel i have ever stays after keep calling three four times for towels water no one helped they just talking like government office call 09 when you call 09 they ask to call 222 room has no mirror? Washroom was so dirty,,, towel looks brown and dirty too,,, paying high getting such services was never expected I even chased them for water they dint provide will never visit again nor recommend to anyone There was lady in reception she should work in municipality or government office as she always have excuses and no help and reply with rude tone I have given my self and my family punishment to sta in such hotel Nothing only security staff was good

Very untidy. And not clean bathrooms Not clean. No tissues provided. Towels are not clean. If you are coming , make sure to bring your own towel and couple of tissue rolls, Provided a small left over roll and made 5+ calls and finally went to reception to get it.

Pretty decent breakfast, comfortable and spacious room, good location on the main road, bathrooms also spacious and clean. Overall, a functional and effective place for a short (2 day) stay but would hesitate to stay for a longer duration. Their menu options for dinner were pretty limited, and the hotel was very inflexible about it. They don't allow you to choose from the menu for dinner and I had to order a-la-carte and pay additional, despite having booked a dinner package - to clarify, they insisted on me taking something from the main course while all I wanted was a soup and a salad from the menu, which they refused. Ordered room service through their app, which the person missed because "staff were in a meeting" - his words. Cleanliness, especially of the room, left a lot to be desired. Asked for a water refill in the night, reminded twice, yet had to call in the morning again till I finally got it.

The front desk person who checked us in was by far the kindest, and most professional and helpful Mr Tarun I think he's is the GM individual we encountered He went above and beyond greeting us and making us feel welcome, settled and excited about our stay superb ??? Nothing
