Cleaness is not good because of so many insects.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, I was staying in room number 23, and the worst part is, as I was in deep sleep, there was a rat running on my hand. I had booked for two nights, but I checked out of the hotel in one day because of the hotel's condition. The location is too bad and crowded all the time too much of honking, it's really hard to find the hotel even using the g-map, it's a big disappointment other than staffs behavior. And do not choose this hotel by looking by the photos they have given in any wecsite.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Mr. Ranjeet Singh, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality and professional service. He ensured everything was perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

It was a really pleasant stay. The staff are really good and polite. Comfortable. Arman is really a gem. Helped us in everything.

The food was tasty and in general staffs are cooperative. Rooms were too small. There was no window in the room and the toilet. No ventilation in the toilet. No ventilation in the room. There was no chair to sit in the room for eating. Eating facility downstair was not good. App based taxis deny coming due to too much traffic congestion.

Sadly, the photos are nothing like the end result. Windowless, no fans in the bathroom, smell of mould as there is no circulation. As above.

I wanted to be close to main bazaar and Connaught place so a cheap way to do that. Duvet was lumpy in the corners in a really creepy way. The road out front is in terrible shape.

The room was full of insects and not clean at all. It felt very uncomfortable to stay there. Definitely needs better cleaning and maintenance.

Our stay was really disappointing. The room was dirty, there were insects, and the service was terrible. The sink was tiny and the water was splashing everywhere. Definitely not worth the money.

The property was very affordable and the staff was helpful. The rooms and the bathroom, especially, was small, although I understood since it is not a large property. The location can be a little difficult and busy to get in and out of since it is near old Delhi but still a central point from most tourist attractions.
