Walls and bed really dirty. We changed room and asked them to change the sheets and it was still dirty. The room is not look like the pictures!

Not much The first room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned. So they gave me another, this one had a bathroom without a ceiling and the room was so damp and dirty.

They have centralized control of the room's AC, they keep turning it off and I had to call the reception again and again to turn the AC back on. It's frustrating in the summer of July. They should understand this.

They allow early check-in that was the only good thing. Cleanliness. It was not at all present. Control of AC and geyser was with reception. It was very irritating to request everytime for AC and geyser. I asked them to book a cab for me. They call a Kaali Peeli taxi???. I offcourse refused it.

Fantastic hotel for travelers arriving by train. Just a few minutes from New Delhi Railway Station, yet completely peaceful inside. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a quiet, clean room and really enjoyed the meals. Great service, great location!

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in Delhi! The staff were extremely welcoming and supportive. The food was delicious, and the menu had a good variety. My room was quiet and well-maintained. Its central location made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!
