Worst experience....not a single room full complete. kisi room me gisaur nahi chal Raha,koi door lock nahi hota . bathroom ke door sad gaye hai. Kuchh khane ko aur chai bhi nahi milati. Aur bhi bahut kuchh taklif thhi....... sorry bahut kharab experience hai..... Ab nahi jana..

The place is dicey. With girls walking in it is not a decent place.

Very bad experience. Rooms were very dirty with bad smell. Bathroom was in very poor condition. Linen and quilt were very dirty. We planned to stay one night but left the hotel in two hours and checked in another hotel. No family should opt for this hotel. It is not meant for family. Booking.com should also.delist it. Staffs were not trained but receptionist/ manager was good, helpful. Any thing of this hotel except behavior and courtesy of receptionist/ manager.

I did not stay at this property. It is a residential property and being illegally used as Hotel. No signage.it was like a house of illfame, couples were walking in and out. Fab Hotels were contacted by me immediately and requested for alternative accommodation.... Their customer care personal were incompetent, outright liars and I was on hold on phone, for a collective period of over 90 minutes (ninety minutes), all when I was waiting at the reception of D176 (PP Residency) I demand full refund of my deposit of Rs.1438/- and in addition compensation for harrasment and false commitments.
