They refused our booking, they said we are not listed at booking.com and denied our booking. We suffer harrasment and arrange for another hotel

Bed was very good and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and kind.Room was neat and clean, very spacious. I was really happy with stay.

Location was also good. Hotel was friendly, reception was responsive. The staff was really supportive and accommodating. Room was good and manager was so corporative. Had a tough time with mosquitoes. No hot water in the evening.

Staff is not suuportive, lifts shown in the photos but there is no lifts,They swith off main power supply of AC .Every time we have to request to to switch on main piwer supply of AC.There is no arrangement of geysers in the bathroom we have to bath with cold water,No room service

Not a single thing about this place is a positive, other than leaving it behind forever. None of the photos on booking remotely resemble the room I was in. DONT STAY HERE!!!!! First and foremost the rude staff offered me prostitutes upon check-in, which I had not asked for, nor had any want of. Next, the room was disgusting. Stains of all kinds on nearly every surface, including what appeared to be blood in some areas. The sheets were horrendous, but luckily I'm a trekker, so I had a sleeping pad and bag, so I just slept in my own gear. The wifi didn't work, there was no hot water, no toilet paper, no windows so it was quite dingy and had mold in numerous places. It felt like I was staying in a crime scene. I'm a digital nomad who has traveled to more than 30 countries on 4 continents staying in hundreds of hotels, and I have NEVER seen something like this. Oyo should be ashamed, but I don't think shame is something this company is aware of. I only stayed because it was well after midnight and the area this hotel is in was not a fun place to be during the day, let alone after dark. From the looks of this area, I wouldn't want to stay in any of the nearby hotels either. If you're arriving late to the train station, do yourself a favor and book an Uber (NOT OLA) to something a few kilometres away, trust me.

nothing ! I arrived at the hotel and the staff told me that there was no room available. I tried to explain that I had a reservation but they pretended not to understand. everyone was extremely rude and impolite. later, someone told me that they probably decided to cancel because the price of the room was not high enough… worst experience ever (even in Delhi standards, which means A LOT)

Pictures were not the same hotel at all. The price was totally different too. It was dirty, door handle was broken, hallway was full of young people shouting and smoking.

The hotel's beautifully landscaped grounds added to its charm.

The high-speed internet provided was reliable and fast.

The hotel was accommodating to our special requests.
