Breakfast service was booked, but the hotel did not provide it. The hot water tap was closed. When asked to bring it in a bucket, it was not provided. The hotel charged an additional amount of Rs 546. The WiFi service was shutting down in between.

Please delist this hotel pearl plaza as its having worst service availed and if i will serve like this further I m not going to use booking.com

The locate The room was dirty. We reserved transportation to the airport and it was late because the forgot to do the reservation.

The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable (for us). The air conditoner and fan work fine. Breakfast is served in the room, there isn't a dining room. They bring what you ordered the night before to your room at the time you ask. The staff is the best feature of this hotel. They are so nice and helpful in every aspect. Beginning with the doorman (sorry I didn't write his name), that didn't let us once open the door ourselves, meeting at reception by Satvinder's beautiful smile. Mr. Mukesh always around. The young Wasim and Manu working around the clock, Mr Sayed arranging travels and cabs, and Mr Ravi, that seems never goes home. All welcoming, asking about our trips and experiences and helping in any way they could. It seems that Mr Behel (whom we met the last day) makes them feel well at his hotel, because they smiled whenever we met them. The hot water sistem should be more efficient to avoid waste. The street is noisy, but at night it gets more quiet.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Felt safe with extra locks on door, beds were comfy, hot shower. Good value for what you’re paying. Little bit hard to find, use the directions on booking.com to take you there. For some reason it was more accurate than copy and pasting the address they give into a maps app. Strong artificial smell in our room that was a little much. Minimal frills and a little dated, dusty but it’s worth it for the price!

Nothing Very dirty place, both inside and outside. Location pretty bad, lots of noise and very dirty. Photos not according with reality. Would not stay there again for sure. The bedsheets were dirty, towels dirty, room dirty. You could hear the noise from the city almost the same with the windows closed.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had a great time with my family there. The neighbourhood was also nice, very alive and filled with shops. At times it was very crowded but beautiful to see and experience.
