The staff was great The hotel is old all the pictures you see. I’m working on that’s probably 30 years ago. The pool was nasty towels were owed.

Not much. It looks old and forgotten They say they have bar but they don’t even serve piña colada. So no cocktails at all.

The room in general was clean and very quiet. Buffet breakfast was really good. Location is great. A couple of good restaurants only a block away on either side: “Affogato” great for breakfast, lunch or dinner and “Samuels” when you are in the mood for seafood. Also a nice casino across the street. When we first arrived I noticed the towels in the bathroom were very old and loose. They replaced them and everything was fine for the rest of our stay.

facilities and location front desk gave a room with only one bed, even though my reservation strictly mentioned a room with 2 double bed swimming pool is very small and was little dirty restaurant offer few menu options and is expensive

Comfortable beds. Very loud AC that turns on/off periodically, can and most likely will wake you up during your sleep. Visible stains (yellow, red) on cleaned bathroom towels. Cleaning in general isn't a strong point here. Lots of dust and hair behind the bed / hardly accessible places. Parts of the bathroom were rusty. Bathroom feels like it's from 90s. There is no light in the center of the room. Only in hallway near the door and small bed lamps.

Great customer service, front desk very friendly. Breakfast buffet Lupillo make me feel at home and his service was amazing.

The location is perfect, close access to restaurants and stores. Check in and check out was fast. Enclosed and guarded parking was very much appreciated. Wifi connection was good and fast. It would have been nice to have the following: a mini fridge, disposable/to-go coffee cups, blow dryer.
