Actually found a better place, on the beach with room service!!

Went for date night with the hubby and we enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy as staff was friendly. We ate at the rooftop restaurant upstairs and everything was delicious. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Beautiful hotel!!! The wonderful woman at desk upon arrival Friday night 5/8 upgraded us to a suite - gorgeous. Only complaints were service on rooftop very slow and front desk help rest of time was less than desirable. The two women working Saturday couldn’t be bothered. I was charged twice for stay and had to call to take care of after we left.

The property was very pretty, and the room was spacious. The location was pretty central in terms of all the shops and bars. However, there a few things to note. The service at the front desk was great, but at hotel bar, cafe, and pool and it was practically nonexistent. When there was service, the employees seemed bothered by your asking for help (again, everywhere but front desk). One last note, we found a brown stain on our comforter. It looked like a residual blood stain. Besides those few things, the hotel was clean with great amenities and a central location. 4/5 stars imo.
