Denali Bluffs Hotel

After being on the road for a week, we were Grateful to have a guest laundry available. There is also a microwave in the laundry room which came in handy to reheat pizza.

Very nice clean room with a great shower

Staff and location were amazing. Only reason this didn’t get a higher rating was the noise. Could hear every step of the person above us. Otherwise they had great restaurants, views were awesome as well as the convenience of being close to Denali park entrance and lots of cute shops nearby

Super helpful staff and front desk

We loved the Denali Bluffs hotel, from the time we were picked up at the rail depot, the staff and the ride to the hotel everything was wonderful. I loved the room and the view however the bathroom sink was very clogged and that was gross but we were there for a night so i just let it go. Otherwise the room and the hotel location was awesome i would love to come back to stay here again.

The room was clean, new and with a beautiful view!

No offers to help get luggage to rooms, no elevators and had to pull suitcases up stairs.

Very very small rooms. Laundry service was out the 2 days we were there. Location of the property was good.

Staff was great assisting all travelers which were part of a group arriving by train. We were scheduled by our tour group at the last minute and were accommodated with friendliness and helpfulness.

Great place with awesome views and amenities in Denali area!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was wonderful but a little difficult walking to our room as it was uphill and a bit of a walk back and forth. I'm not really familiar with what the amenities were but they have a laundry room and restaurant and coffee/cafe on site. We only ate ate the resta

the room was ready when we arrived and had been thoroughly cleaned. Restaurant was excellent and access to outside services was convenient with pick ups and drop offs on premises. Parking was adequate.

The buffet breakfast was plentiful, the service was excellent, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. Mr. Ron, the typical front desk receptionist, was very helpful, kind, and patiently explained the various tourist attractions. Our stay was excellent value for money.

They were having issues with the bathrooms in the main lodge the whole stay. This included the restaurant/bar. Hopefully they got it fixed. Luckily our room was close.

Great location, nice room, good restaurant I requested an accessible room. The bed was so low not ADA standards. Grab bars in tub were slippery. Need to be textured

Breakfast a little pricy given the choice

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was especially helpful that the Denali tundra wilderness tour picks up at the hotel. The star of the show of this hotel is the staff. Everyone we interacted with from bell service, to the restaurant, waitress, the receptionist and the manager were all excellent! So very friendly!!!
