I got a toilet problem on my first room, that forced me to move to the dungeon. Everything was working on my 2nd room, but the location was way far from my first room. The key door program so hustle, we need to get the door code from the admin where did not around the property. Plus, you need to enter the code for more than 1 time even you u the correct code. Nothing

- So complicated system with self check in. And took so much time to just download the app (other app from the reddoorz) etc, etc. Which is i booked by booking.com, i paid. And they said cant do check in manual should oine from other app. Come on. In the resort they are not doing this, they just ask for Id/passport and we can check in peacefully! Also 1 staff, guy , he is so rude. Not friendly at all. The staff lady was nice.

The bathroom was terrible, everything was sticky, the room seemed clean for first look bit do not check what's under the bed...

I won’t ever recommend this accomodation to anyone. I rented 7 rooms and all rooms have at least 3 issues. The room was so dirty, shower was broken, ac was not cold, electricity was off!, aircon water was dripping. The location is not really good area, IT SMELLED SO BAD! I next to the recycle shop. The staff was very unresponsive and so slow. SWIMMING POOL CANNOT BE USED AT ALL! Nothing really
