The location and it had parking, which was good. And late check-in but doesn’t accept card. The sheets had stains all over them. The towels had a bunch of stains. the room and furniture was very old. the Bathroom sink was slanted like it was about to fall off at any given moment. no hot water too which is okay but the water pressure was so bad water doesn’t even flow out when you raise the shower head to face level.

Rooms smell too much to a certain biter soap they use to clean the toilets. Toilets are old and rusty. Beds sheets are very clean. That's good

I stay here because of the location Room was supper dirty especially the toilet, it’s look like never cleaned for a years, toilet bowl was yellow because of the dirt and smelly , no towel provided, I use to stay here many time and always have bad experience, but I keep on rerun back because the location was near of my medical center, If you’re lucky you will got nice room Over all I will rate the cleanliness is -1 Supper dirty everytime I check in .

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was not very friendly. My check-in time was between 1300-1400. I arrived at 1315 and they told me that I needed to wait to check in or pay more money. The wall of my room had blood on it, they had cockroaches, no trash can and you can hear the person in the room next you very clearly. The property is run down and does not look like what is shown in the pictures.

The location is strategic, there are many restaurants nearby, easy to go to anywhere around Seminyak. Overall, a good place you just need a place to sleep at night and spend most of the days outside. The room smell horrible, probably the previous guests were smoking or it might come from the kamper ball in the bathroom. Dusty furnitures.

Nothing In the night when i arrived they told me that there is no room available. So I was stranded at 2 am. In the next morning they still took money from my card. I went there and I told them the issue they told me it’s just a reservation on the card we gonna cancel it. It Never happened and I still want my money back

The room was so dirty, and it was a RAT in my room! Told the staff in the lobby that it was a rat in the room and they didn’t seem choked about it. I also asked for refund but they just give me another room. The other room was also dirty an cockroach bigger than normal, so I left the hotel without money back…The room or the hotel overall don’t look like the pictures at all, don’t waste your money and take another hotel
