Everything! The kids loved the fact that there were 4 rabbits freely roaming around that they could play with. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is just in the center of Denpasar. Strong WiFi Nothing

Latte in the morning is good, but it's not part of the paid breakfast. Beds are okay and staff are helpful. There was a foul smell in the corridor near my room. Some furniture was old and the bathroom sealants were chipped.

The Halal certified breakfast and spacious rooms. Outdated and poor maintenance. Cleanliness was a big concern.

I really loved the breakfast—delicious and satisfying. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more pleasant. My stay at this hotel was okay, but there are a few things that need improvement. The building and facilities are quite old, and it really shows. The floor in my room was not very clean, which was disappointing. The overall condition of the hotel feels outdated, and it would be great if they could upgrade or renovate some areas. The staff were polite, but the hotel itself needs better maintenance to provide a more comfortable experience for guests.

Good location, but the traffic outside was always quite busy. Very spacious rooms as described. Good breakfast. Nice staff. The gym is not part of the property, we thought it was. Anyway we just paid separately.

Centrally located for our purpose. I like the water dispenser idea to protect the environment. Staff are friendly. The pillows are too thick, one of the AC remotes did not work. There is no hand towel and no bedside table.

Clean, very good hospitality and very friendly staff (all the workers in this hotel are very nice and very polite). Even the workers in the higher class hotels / much more expensive hotels aren’t as nice as the workers in this hotel ???? ????????. The room service also top notch, too nice. They gave me clothes hanger (gantungan handuk/baju) and they hang my clothes there so my clothes could dry, even though I didn't ask them to do that, thank you so much ? ? you guys are very awesome. One they I put ansign that I don’t need them to clean up my room but in the evening they asked me if I need them to clean up my room. The only thing that they need to upgrade is the “WIFI” in the room. The wifi couldn’t work at all, only work at n restaurant. The wifi

Close to city center , good value if you are looking to stay around denpasar Mosquitos in the room , perhaps need to provide electric mosquito repellent in the room.

Location Friendly staffs 1) Air cond leaking water 2) Toilet flush botton broken during stay but was repaired by housekeeping the next morning without reporting 3) Hand bidet broken during stay but was replaced the next morning. 4) housekeeping did not clear trash outside of the bin. they just rearranged the trashs. 5) housekeeping is very stingy with amneties. did not replace shavers, hand soap and liquid shampoo and shower gels at all. they only gave for the first 2 days of my 9 day- stay.

The flooring in the pool area need maintenance. It was broken and unsafe however the staff cover it with paranet which difficult to see and even make jt more dangerous. No one in the pool area to provide towel and the guest are not dressed in swimming cloths. The room toilet and flooring in the room have stain. Pillow was hard and the water dispenser is empty or located too far away. And seriously why you cannot provide proper coffee?
