My stay at Azana Hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the fully furnished room that offered excellent amenities. The water pressure in the shower was impressive, and I appreciated the consistent availability of hot water. Everything I needed was fully stocked, making my stay comfortable and convenient. However, I found it quite inconvenient that room service was not available 24 hours during my stay. As I checked in late, it would have been nice to have a late-night dining option. This limited availability may be something to consider for future guests who arrive at odd hours.

Nice pool, room was clean, and really good breakfast. Staff are so friendly and quick to respond. We had a minor issue in the bathroom and the technician came within 5 minutes to fix it. Very well recommended. An upgrade of the toilet next to swimming pool might be great :)

The breakfast not so many choice, but still ok. The wifi speed is good, I can work without problem. The room size also quiet good, not too small. The location is also ok, suitable because close to North Denpasar area. There are some fly in the breakfast area, I suggest the waiter to pay more attention on this. Usually the breakfast menu in many hotel can provide omelette.

The location is strategic. They have swimming pools. They also have a parking lot. The bathroom is dirty. We have moved to another room but the closet finally we find out is dirty also.

the staff were lovely our rooms were smelly of moisture one room water did not drain away we were there 2 nights and both nights kids ran around unchecked yelling knocking on doors and ringing bells half the night then from 5 am. staff and security knew and tried to stop them to no avail no real sleep for 2 nights rooms were clean but could have showers cleaned better
