The water both in the shower and tap didn't work well.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and it’s great that the front office is available 24 hours—it made late check-in at 1 AM smooth and easy. The overall condition of the hotel was poor and not very comfortable, which is why we only stayed for a couple of hours.

Nothing Terrible location- far(ish) from the city and feels unsafe. Bed bug infestation in the room. We booked here for 1 night as we had a late flight. We arrived at 1am and left at 2am - the minute we sat on the bed we began to get bitten. The bed sheets also had stains on them and the bathroom stank of urine and the towels were dirty on arrival.

In central Denpasar close to museum. Staff did their best in their jobs. The photos are not representative of what it is now. I have stayed in cheap and simple places all over SEA, and have never posted a bad review, but this will be my first.

the Swimming pool The room does not match with the photos. Painting coming off. Blankets and Towels have spots on it. Bathroom is very old and broken. Air-conditioner is very weak. I booked for 5 nights, however, struggled to stay for 2 nights then left. They didn't give any refund. Non functional TV, fridge etc there.

The location is good. Big parking lots, Easy to find Foods. The staffs are lazy, they never change the towels untill we asked. The room is not clean. The Bath room is not clean. The TV is broke

It was filthy dirty there were things crawling over the bed. The pillowcases were grey once white maybe we didn’t stay. We left. Absolutely nothing it was filthy

For the money it's very nice. The staff will help you with anything. The bathroom could be renovated. It works even with warm water, but feels "dirty" even when it's cleaned
