OYO 90131 Liberty Guest House

Passable

This guest house was shown booked in the app but it was actually fully booked when we went there. Had to travel about an hour to reach there but the rooms were fully booked even though we had a booking. Waste of time and money. Won't recommend to anyone.

We're there to check in but there was no staff and we called the number at reception the he said they not working with Oyo anymore and asked me to cancel the booing by ourselves. Bad hospitality

I made a booking at 1am and chose an option to pay at the property, no one answered my phone calls and I sent a message to them via booking to contact me and confirm that they see my booking and someone is going to be at the reception at such late hour. Bc no one reached out to me I didn't go there, but they charged my card right away and didn't refund money. And still no one answers phone calls.

Dirty wall and the nastiest bathroom of my journey through Indonesia. Some cockroaches, leaking sink which lead to an always wet bathroom which had a scruffy smell. Owner demanded additional payment to the booking.com payment

location there is no wifi connection

you get what you pay for they didn’t clean up the bathroom before i checked in, it seems like they dont do regular cleaning. i found cockroach in the bathroom. the only chair was broken.
