The person who came to tell me the hotel was overbooked was very nice. He took me on his motorbike to find another hotel around the area. Unfortunately, for more than an hour, we couldn't find one. Second time I book an OYO and there has always been some kind of trouble. The hotel was overbooked. No one at the reception. After 30 min of having contacted them, someone from the staff came to tell me there were no rooms even though I had my booking confirmed.
