Perfect

The ac was hot as hell. Over 3.5 hrs in room and still 98 degrees and they wanted to me to continue to stsy in it when they came and looked at it and didnt do anything to help it but tell me wait another 30 mins and when I did they said wait another 30 mins after 3.5 hrs its not going to cool down. Finally llowrd me to move rooms.

I stayed 4 days. Every day I had to request new towels, coffee, toilet paper. They provided, but I had to ask. A nuisance.

Nice location Staff was unprofessional didn't allow me to finish my stay after 1 day when I asked to switch moves do to termites and roaches

It was adequate. The pool was empty. There was a strange smell.

Bed had lots of hairs, bed sheets were not clean. Overall they need to improve on cleaning the room. Staff were friendly. Definitely will look for other places next time.

I love the location I had a misunderstanding from the time before thinking the night had been paid for, the next time I visited it was brought to my attention that the night was not paid for previously and I apologized and paid for it immediately. I had left and came back a few weeks later for the manager to turn my business away and I was told because the time before wasn't paid, I explained again I thought the room was paid for and as soon as I found out that it wasn't, I paid them. It was a misunderstanding and I hope to work this out as I love doing business with Red Roof Inn and hate this has happened. Sincerely, Holly Burk

but more a motel type property. Exit & non exit were not marked very clearly. No real amenities other than coffee maker in room & hair dryer. But bed was comfortable & I slept good.

Location was ok No elevator, pool wasn’t accessible, water stains on ceiling, had a bad smell in the room.

For a cheap place to rest with two beds it was fine. But we had a downstairs hotel and the room above us had small kids talking and nonstop running until 2am

Not bad as a value option...

No pool available. The key card quit working at 10 AM while we were all going in and out to check out which locked us all out. Then this part isn't the hotel's fault necessarily, but the people upstairs sounded like they were bowling in their room until about 11 pm, then they had a screaming argument in the parking lot, then someone kept setting off the car alarm with their key fob and let the alarm ring util the car quit, and then did it again. Also, if construction traffic noise bothers you, you need to know that is unavoidable here.

Not much to like. Daily, routine maintenance is an issue.

For $20 it was ok.

the location The perfum ( humidifier- burning of udi sticks) they put on common places eg reception and corridors... Makes the place stuffy. Not pleasant at all.

It’s ok for the money we are paying

The location is right off the highway so things are fairly close. The Waffle House next door was a big plus since there isn't any breakfast provided.

I like how everyone was nice and willing to help and we had no problems with anything
