The guy who helped us at the front desk was wonderful, even gave up his parking spot so we had somewhere to park. Parking is a HUGE problem and there are not enough spaces for the hotel, forcing customers to park on the streets and or in fire zones and other illegal parking, absolutely ridiculous. The free breakfast was terrible and the staff working in the breakfast area were incompetent. Coffee was more like tan colored water, which you couldn't pour because there were no cups. Asking to have a table cleaned off because it was sticky basically took having mastered a foreign language. The eggs, etc weren't restocked frequently, leaving very little options of food because it was empty for a long time. And hockey pucks were offered and called sausages. So unless you made yourself some mini waffles (which one of 2 flavors was out), I'd just skip eating there and just plan a trip down the street to McDonalds. Again, the guy at the desk was amazing but the girl obviously had better things to do and was NOT happy to be at work. Good luck getting a smile or help out of her! The room wasn't too bad, clean for the most part but very dated and minimally stocked. (We had 2 bath towels & 1 soap for both the shower and the sink). The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat.

The hotel is 3 the rooms smell and the air conditioner is noisy and doesn't deliver. we only stay there for a few hours.

The front desk was left unattended long enough for us to need to call the hotel in order to check in. The parking lot does not have enough spaces so people park along the curbs, blocking in cars and making it difficult to look for a spot. One elevator is out of service and the “working” one shakes the entire time up and down. The wallpaper, which appeared to be painted over, was peeling off the walls in several places in the room. On our 2nd night we had to have our room keys reactivated. We saved some money staying here, but probably should’ve spent a little bit more and stayed elsewhere. The staff, when they were at the counter, were friendly enough….but they mostly seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. This place is ROUGH!

Great place to stay. Room was good and bed was better than fancier hotels I’ve stayed at. Friendly staff and quiet for most of my trip. Only thing I did not like was the parking. Everyone was double parked and there were no spots. I was told it’s travel ball season so I can’t be upset about that. I only worried because I had a rental car. I would definitely stay here again!

Lived the early breakfast 5am to get to the airport on a full stomach. Clean room, nice bed

Had to order an Uber because I told to me the the shuttle at one spot at the airport and the shuttle was at a totally different spot at the airport. Waited an hour. The elevators weren't working in the morning so had to carry luggage down three flights of stairs.

This was a perfectly fine place to spend a quick night. The room was clean but dated and the bathroom was in need of an update. My biggest concern was that the parking lot was completely packed with cars parked along the edges and in fire lanes. I could not park in a fire lane if I wanted to. I was told to park in the street. I assume that they sell airport parking separately at this location. I probably would choose a different location next time.

Excellent room, excellent bed! Parking is tight for some reason. Very clean and well kept. An excellent place to stay by the airport.

Clean room, good staff

If you are booking this hotel for the airport shuttle, DON’T. We waited an hour and a half for the shuttle to arrive and the hotel wouldn’t answer the phone at all. Even my Expedia representative couldn’t get through. I messaged them the day before to tell them I was arriving around 10pm at night from my flight. The shuttle driver didn’t say anything as to what happened or even apologized for the long wait. Also Ubers were $40+ for the ride or else I would have gotten one. I would never stay there again

The staff is great, good breakfast, working hot tubs, and comfy beds.

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms clean. Soaps and lotions smelled great. Shuttlw aervice was good. Curtain in room didn't close all the way allowing lots of light in. A/C didn't work well. Took over 6 hours to cool it to about 70 degrees. Breakfast was out of meat at 0810 despite being open until 9am and they were not going to make anymore.

Need staff that speaks English. We r in America!
