Clean room/bathroom! Had shuttle service in the evening, so we were able to drop our rental car and get back to the hotel the night before our early morning flight. Again, utilized shuttle service from the hotel to the airport in the morning, very convenient!

I was only there for a SHORT night because if a flight delay. It was a perfectly nice room. A comfortable bed and beautiful/efficient bathroom.

1 Elevator working only, room sink had drain issue, shower only had hot water working

The property seems recently renovated and clean in general. It is also in a good location, being next to the airport with lot of restaurant options nearby. It was suited for our overnight stay to catch a flight the next day. I was a bit surprised by the $16 parking fee as there seemed to be plenty of parking around the property (perhaps I didn't see the fine print on the parking fee). The room was clean but had a strange odor when we entered that was not pleasant (maybe the chemicals used to clean the room). The elevator was not working the day we checked in but that was perhaps a routine mechanical issue. The breakfast was not very appealing and with very limited choices. There was a cold water dispenser that had a lot of oranges for infusion, but the oranges may have been a day old leaving a lightly unpleasant taste. The staff were ok and helped when asked. So overall, great location but you get what you pay for.

We loved the airport shuttle and breakfast.our body wash was empty.

The first day, you had to hold the “open door” button to get out of the elevator after it stopped on your floor. The front desk staff did not inform us of this issue. The second day the elevator didn’t work at all and we had to lug our bags down the stairs (we are seniors). When we checked out, the front desk said, “oh yeah, we know.” We were charged $15 for parking even though Expedia says the parking charge is $10. When I pointed this out to the front desk manager upon check in, he said the parking is handled by an outside company and not the hotel. He said that the discrepancy is Expedias fault. I feel we were misled.

    Ok

The staff sucked. There was a problem with a tv in my room and they insisted it was because I didn’t have a wall switch on. Turned out it was the tv. Just lazy staff, didn’t want deal with the issue. They could let keep the water filled in the lobby and the rooms had no glasses or cups for water. Not to mention 0 ice on the floor. But the biggest thing…they make you pay for parking! $15 fee with $1.50 a night. Ye F that. It’s not like this hotel is in the city…it’s on the western side of Denver with plenty of room to park. It’s just a cheap shot way of making money off of their guests. Hotels adjacent to this do not charge. The absolute last time I step foot in that hole.

Property was worn. No coffee makers in the room. Coffee maker available during breakfast was broken.

Be aware that when u arrive there us additional fee to park your car.

For starters I was charged an amount different than my Expedia confirmation. I paid $16.50 extra for parking which I knew. How will I get a refund for the difference? Room had no cups and WIFI took a long time to connect. Very tedious. Only one person at desk trying to do a million tasks.

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip and it was perfect. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Bed and bedding was comforatble. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay and the free breakfast was a nice touch as well.

My stay here was not pleasant. I had reserved a double queen room which was fine. But I also reserved a king suite. I was given the keys. The first set didn’t work and neither did the second . Keep in mind we just drove over 6 hours from Wy and through a lightening storm with heavy rain.It was close to 10pm, and we all had to get up at 4:30 am for my flight back home. Finally the associate came up and then realized the room was occupied. We ended up staying in a double queen room which. They never offered any compensation and the king suite was obviously more . So obviously I do not recommend this hotel!!!

Decent breakfast, clean room, nice and helpful staff

Staff helpful, cheerful. Parking paid through a separate operator. No eggs for breakfast, but otherwise great, comfortable room.

Overall, a good experience. Was surprised to hear that there was a charge for parking. I was very happy to see a cappuccino machine. However, one day they ran out of milk for the cappuccino and also had yoghurts one day but not the next. Having said that, it was a good location and I would go back!

This place reminds me of a Motel 8 - super basic (not even cups in rooms) and zero frills, which is fine for a quick night stay as long as it’s clean….but it wasn’t. Pulled down my bedding to find black hairs all over the pillows and on the sheets. The pillows still smelled slept on (like dirty hair) so I requested a room change. I had to pack everything up and move again late at night - incredibly frustrating! The woman who came to switch my room wasn’t friendly at all nor was the desk clerk when I checked in. To top it all off - I got a notice on my rental car that parking in their lot is $20. No one mentioned this and when I logged onto the site - sure enough my car had a pending ticket so I literally paid a total of $40 more to stay in a junk hotel compared to the previous nights at other much better places. Summary: Don’t do it! Find another spot - there’s a LOT of hotels nearby that are about the same price and will give you a SIGNIFICANTLY better experience. PS - I’m completely stunned that this is a Marriott property - times have changed and the Marriott brand is slipping.
