DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Cherry Creek

Great location, nice room and facility. Front counter staff was not to pleasant. Every contact with them seemed to be a bother. Had breakfast one morning in the restaurant and they were completely overwhelmed with the few tables they had.

Struggled checking in online but they were helpful once we got there. They held our luggage until our concert finished since it was too early to actually check in

Great location. Parking is on site and convenient

Room was clean. The rooms only have a mini fridge, just a reminder not to bring microwaveable food. Water pressure is pretty low in the shower, so just a heads up. They do have parking onsite. It is $17 a day and the ramps are pretty tight. If you have a bigger suv or truck, you’ll have more difficulty parking. Staff were great when we checked in! I would stay here again.

Parking was pricey

It was exactly as expected from other reviews. Dated, parking was tricky and not quite as clean as I’d like. But the location was what we needed and it was much less expensive than other options. It was perfectly fine for a place to stay but not a destination hotel.

Location They gave me a handicap room that I couldn’t even use the shower. Much later in the afternoon, they finally switched my room but it smelled like smoke

Hotel was pleasant and well-located Bed lumpy and too high. Toilet to low and stopper was broken in sink

the bed is too hard, and the AC not good people in front desk

Breakfast was excellent, Michelle in particular was very attentive. Nothing. It was a wonderful time. All the staff was good.

Fantastic views of the Rocky Mountains! Comfortable, spacious and modern rooms. Nice lobby and bar area and pool looked nice if it has been open . Loved the warm cookies on arrival ! Didn’t like that you had to pay extra for parking .

Great location next to the Cherry Creek path. Nice, well maintained hotel.

The staff are absolutely not trained in hospitality. The bar staff were very rude and untrained. It most importantly the hotel is NOT clean. A really awful experience. The parking lot is quite the challenge.

Very good

I don't have a lot to say, but the staff kept me waiting for a long time to check in. When it was my turn, they let others interrupt, causing a longer delay with check in than I consider acceptable. I would not likely return based on my complete experience.

The tv didn’t work; there was dust visible in places. There was a hole in the wall where the cable was plugged in. The shower drained poorly. For what I paid for this room this was a horrible experience

Food excellent, bed perfect. Parking a bit overpriced.

Other then Housekeeping (never saw) the hotel staff were amazing

The breakfast, while good, was limited. Not much around to eat within walking distance but within a short drive. Staff was excellent and the rooms were clean. Just not much was available without a car. 4.8 out of 5

Bed was very comfortable Needing a hotel key to get into the elevator area from the garage. It was before I had checked in, so I didn’t have a key yet. Luckily another guest was kind enough to let me in
