Nice property with hotel shuttle to/ from the airport. The pool was great too!

Had to catch a flight and couldn't enjoy breakfast needs to start earlier

Wasp in the room, on a pillow - stung my sister-in-law on the back. Didn't look to be a nest in the room. Maintenance crew was prompt to check, but mentioned that windows are opened during the cleans and that's likely how it got in. Do a thorough check of your bedding/linens before using.

All this as we stared at the Fairfield Inn motto printed on the inside of the sketchy elevator at the hotel that proudly displayed: "It's the small things" that make a great experience, lol. Apparently not at this hotel. Try another hotel is my recommendation.

The room was clean . Breakfast was good ,awesome breakfast staff . Shuttle was timely .

The breakfast was excellent. I was very happy that they had gluten free options for my dietary needs, such as oatmeal, oat milk and non-wheat cereals. The housekeeping was marginal and it wasn't clear exactly when they would clean the rooms. After the first 2 nights of no cleaning, I requested a cleaning early in the morning. When we got back to the room later that evening, nothing was done. When I called the front desk to request a cleaning, they said housekeeping went home, so I requested cleaning for the next day. They finally cleaned the room, but did not provide washclothes or new drinking cups. I had to ask for them separately.

until over a week after I left. I still loved the amenities, and the service but I would not come back to stay here no matter how low the rates are.

Rooms are showing age but kept clean. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is adequate. One of the closest to the airport.

it was okay shuttle from airport did not run till midnight . I was not told this when I booked . So I waited a long time for no avail
