No fridge in the room

About 10 minutes walking from the airport, beds were amazingly comfortable for us (I thought I would miss my flight ?) and if you want you have breakfast from 4am. Check in took about 2 minutes and the staff was very nice! All good!

This is a good hotel if you need a place to stay before an early morning flight. But you'll find yourself walking to and from the airport on bumpy sidewalks that give your luggage wheels a beating. The hotel will arrange for a taxi, but if you map it out it really isn't a bad walk probably just as quick. I booked the wrong night and quickly asked to have it corrected and refunded. But the hotel stuck to its no-refund policy. Thought this was a little harsh since I had rebooked for the correct night so they still got my booking.

Muy práctico para viajar, se puede ir caminando al aeropuerto
-
The bathroom faucet was broken.

Maybe the TV in the room. It wasn't an intelligent TV.

I don't usually stay in airport hotels, but I was really glad I did this time. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was great, the room was clea and cozy, and it was a 6 minute walk to the airport entrance and right next to the train into the city center.

Close to airport
-
We walked to and from the airport, which was so convenient! Great hotel.
-
It was very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the airport for an early morning flight. Receiving automated responses when attempting to contact the hotel regarding check in times and airport transfer

Just completed the survey but forgot to mention that the host only speak Spanish, all the signs are in Spanish. A bit difficult for non Spanish speaking people

The location is excellent if you’re in transit from Porto to another location since it’s very close to OPO Airport. There aren’t a lot of restaurants close by to choose from.
-
Great breakfast and I walked to the airport.

To many stairs and very thick walls
-
It was a short walk from our car rental drop off, a short walk to the airport, and a short walk to the train into Porto. The room was very spacious and bright. Nothing really. A basic hotel with basic facilities but great for a one night stopover.

If you want to be close to the airport, this is a perfect spot. Friendly staff, a nice spacious room with airconditioning and internet. I enjoyed the breakfast

The room was hot, you can’t control the air conditioning from the room. I went downstairs and complained but it did no good!

This is walking distance to the Porto airport. Very industrial city location. It was still quiet, clean and comfortable with a great breakfast available if you add it. Odd pocket balconies tha were actually delightful for the fresh air. The staff changed a few times and made some mistakes. The yong men at first didn't tell us enough about how to get a meal late at night, but e figured it out. Considering it is completely an airport htel, I thought they should have been more prepared and ready to help travelers who are exhausted and hungry.

Nice proximity (short walk) to the Porto Airport. Rooms were clean and new. Wifi was good. Great for a short stay before a outbound flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Limited restaurant/bar facilities. Not really a "dislike" , but there are limited outside options in this area around the hotel, so if you are seeking a more complete dining/meal experience, there are limitations at the hotel.

Everything else was extremely disappointing. The room had a strong moldy smell and appeared not to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. The blankets had no covers, smelled of mildew, and the glasses and other items in the room were dirty. The overall condition of the room made us question whether any cleaning had been done at all. I chose this hotel knowing that, because of its central location, there would likely be some street noise. That was not the problem. A large group staying at the property created excessive noise from the evening until early morning, including loud music, shouting, slamming doors, and banging aggressively on room doors. Getting a proper night’s sleep was impossible. The combination of poor hygiene, unpleasant odors, and the complete lack of control over disruptive guests forced us to check out early and find another hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
