It was ok overall. Staff super helpful and nice but the place was ok

Was perfert

Housekeeping staff was poor. We did not have the privacy sign on the door and she woke us up at 8:30 AM. I asked for two extra blankets and she only brought one when I called down and requested the second again when she dropped it off she seemed annoyed. Definitely didn’t vacuum the room because we had dropped some popcorn and it was still there after she had been through. The room was OK but dated I did like the fact the smart TV you can access all your streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, etc. Was disappointed there was no shuttle to the airport And no pool considering Denver was +35 every day we were there. Front desk staff was OK not super helpful. They never told us anything about that free bus or anything happening such as the big pride parade when we checked in. All of these issues result in a three out of five stars

It was an amazing experience! Definitely recommend!! Went to eat at the restaurant when we arrived and food was really good! Staff at the front were very kind and quick! Valet staff were kind and respectful and very busy! Will definitely use this hotel again!

Everything was great

I stayed two nights and no housekeeping came. They brought extra towels but no turndown after the first night, would have helped to get the trash out at least
-
I been in Denver 20 years and it’s the best hotel experience I’ve had hands down they are highly recommended!!
-
Room was excellent and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. I would have like to have had my drinks outside instead of sitting inside. The projector was excellent 👌
-
The room was clean, spacious and quiet. A close 15 minute walk to Union Station. Close to the Coors Field as well.
-
Staff nice, you should consider having laundry for guests for self use, the little grocery store near reception needs to increase options of food, restaurant needs to increase options for food, restaurant showed that closed at 11 pm but at 10:40 was already closed so maybe should indicate the exact time a guest can place an order. The fridge and iron didn’t work appropriately.

This hotel was so comfortable and clean, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It's within walking distance to lots of restaurants, Coors Field (although it's a big walk in the heat of the day!), and the Denver Central train station. Would definitely stay here again.
-
Wish every hotel I stayed at was this nice. Only negative is the lack of onsite parking, but there is a decent garage not far from the hotel.
-
The staff was great! Property was great and close to the convention center which made it easy to come back and forth. Will definitely be back.

Ubicación perfecta. Buenos sitios de reuniones
-
Great location and property was well maintained.
-
Hilton City Center was a perfect spot for us to be able to walk to & from majority of the things we were doing for the weekend.
-
From check in to check out, everyone was super helpful at the front desk. Our room on the 17th floor was perfect and we will definitely stay again!

Clean rooms, great staff, friendly hotel bar. Great as a place to stay, but definitely not as destination. It’s more of a business class hotel or a crash pad than somewhere that is a part of the trip. Also valet parking is $65 a night, which makes having a car there very expensive.

The room was so clean n amazing!

The hotel was in a perfect location, within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The property itself was kept in excellent condition, and the bar served some great drinks. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily return.
