I have nothing to report never had a bad night at Holiday Inn which dates back ver 18 years

The breakfast was great! I do wish they’d put a coffee maker in each of the guest rooms though.

Screaming kids in the pool till 11pm. Worst bed i have slept on in a hotel, one person moves, the whole bed moves. TV crashed every 15mins. Crap weak coffee at breakfast. Wont be back, should be a lot cheaper.

This is my first Holiday Inn property that I have ever experienced dirty floors, hair in the sink and shower, misc areas with spots and crumbs, price tag plastic, and multiple bugs (one live when I opened a hand towel) and floors that haven’t been cleaned in a long time. I really noticed it when I took off my light socks and saw how heavily soiled they were after walking around the room getting ready for bed. We would have left but were just too tired to have to move again and it was just a one night. I noticed cracked tile by the elevators, worn and frayed carpets around the hotel. I could handle the freeway noise but the AC/heat unit very close to the bed and blowing on me was annoying. The lady at the front desk was very nice upon check-in. Would NOT recommend staying at this property.

Full Breakfast, rooms comfortable and clean. Microwave but no way to heat water for tea. I would stay at this property or a sister property again.

The room was small and book for room with tub and got a very small room with a shower. The room was not clean or the building all garbage was full over flowing. And we love the breakfast at Holiday Inn but this was nasty. No option for anything. Will never stay at thi hotel again.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and convenient. Parking was free and easy!

Good hotel on the northern edge of Denver.

Hotel lobby area by elevators dirty, rugs by elevators dirty, I stayed on the 7th floor and 3 day, I had to have front desk empty trash by elevators on the 7th floor. Unable to get a final bill for my stay, front desk agent could not print bill, older man at front desk, said I was rude because I requested a final bill. Front desk staff, Rude!!!! Told me to leave. This is unacceptable!!! If you can't treat people with respect, then don't work in hospitality. No water for customers in the lobby area, only in gym area. Room 721, unable to use iron, wardrobe, placed to close to TV unable to open door to get iron and iron board.

The breakfast was great, has a lot if food choices and very organized. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

We enjoyed staying here.

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. Level of a Motel 6. Couple major examples. Such poor insulation and windows, the outside and road noise is so loud we thought the "patio" door was open. The bathroom/shower was not clean and signs of dirt or mildew was evident on the shower walls. Don't stay here.

Amazing

Things were good. Some areas are in need of repair and touch ups. Saw some mold and paint issues. Breakfast was okay, seemed to just alternate out same items on different days. Had issues with TV not working. The phone in the room did not work at all.

It was a last minute reservation, but it was good fit for my needs.
